He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail "Bud" Kelly and Frances Kelly (Sheely) of Midland; his siblings, Angel Kelly, Roger Kelly and Dell Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Kim "Butch" Karnof and Dannelle Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie Mentele; his daughters, Sheila Pirrung (Dave) and Desire' Jansen (Joel); his grandchildren, Kelly Tolley (Lucas), Katie Wagner (Nick), Beckham Jansen and Maya Jansen; his sisters, Marie Reif (Bert) and Camille Hinrickson (Mark); and his sister-in-law Jeanine Hagen.
He generously donated original artwork to Make-A-Wish Foundation and toured with the Mandrell sisters, helping raise funds for their charitable events.
