She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry DeHaan and Loretta DeHaan (Korver) of Orange City, Iowa.. She is survived by: her siblings, Doug DeHaan (Pam), Rona Harmelink (Keith) and Derrick DeHaan (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that Renae's memory be honored by a donation made in her name to one of the following charities: Children's Miracle Network, Feed One, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
