He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Anderson and Pearl Anderson (Moe); his wife Janice Anderson; and his sister Eunice Severson. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue Jones; his children, Shelly Anderson of Watertown and Scott Anderson (Rachelle) of Brookings; his grandsons, Derek Arcellano, Nicholas Gruber, Maxx Anderson and Myles Anderson; his great grandchildren, Ashton Arcellano and Cameron Arcellano; and his siblings, Lois Lanam, Dorothy Alstrand (John), Patty Tucker and Roger Anderson (Cindy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ascension Lutheran Church (2030 3rd St, Brookings, SD 57006). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
