He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Clark and Johanna Clark (Brock); his brothers-in-law, Richard Runge and John Sichmeller; and his niece Angela Runge.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Runge of Sioux Falls, SD, Dolores Kaufman of Olympia, WA, Karen Oakland (Warren) of Sioux Falls, SD and Sandra Sichmeller of Sioux Falls, SD; and his close friend Ernestine Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Banquet, Salvation Army, or the Boys and Girls Club of Sioux Falls in Richard's memory.
