With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard L. Hubble (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hubble and Laura Hubble (Dusenbery); his siblings, Clyde, Wilma Kindler, Lorraine Kopf and Evelyn Heden; and his great grandchild Juniper.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Tom Hubble (Peggy), Deb Lichty (Jim), Lori Dahlquist (Mark) and Kathy Lone (Dick); his grandchildren, Josh, Adam, Kelsey, Danny, Laura, Erika, Sam and Kaitlin; and his great grandchildren, Luna, Zander, Mila, Conor, Kacie, Rhea, Oscar, Addie, Ella, Charlie, Monroe, Stevie and Miles.
Dick and Barb moved back to Sioux Falls full-time during the pandemic, first to their house and later to The Lodge at Prairie Creek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the YMCA Leif Ericson Day Camp or the Sioux Falls School District Backpack Program.
