He was predeceased by: his brother Tony Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ellen Miller and Steven Miller (Frances); his siblings, Ted Miller (Nikki), Kevin Miller, Chris Miller (Rhonda), Seth Miller and Stesha Oltmanns (Nick); and his siblings' child Lifescape.
