He is survived by: his children, Daryl, Cole and Dominique; his grandchildren, Tarrah, Kashton and Emery; and his siblings, Jim Winters of Sioux Falls, Jeff Winters (Sue) of Sioux Falls, Randy Winters of Sioux Falls, Denise Rierson (Winters) of Sioux Falls and Jo Winters of Sioux Falls.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 200 E Falls Park Dr, Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
