He was predeceased by: his daughter Carolee; and his sister Mary Peterson (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Angie Dolan; his children, Steve (Jennifer), Che'lisa (Tim) and Teresa (Russell); and his sister Barbara Hoffmann. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
