He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Halvorson (Roger); his grandchildren, Brooklinn, Brecken and Brenna of Mellette, SD; his close friend Judy Elbers of Sioux Falls; and his sisters, Renee Hurt, Rita Hamilton, Rae Ellen Daily and Stephanie Rosenbaum.
