With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Emanuel Hubner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Avon, South Dakota, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Burnell Hubner and Minnie Hubner; and his brother Del. He is survived by : his wife Gail Hubner; his daughters, Ronda Hanson (Greg) and Renee Bruggeman; his grandchildren, Heath (Vanessa), Heidi, Casey and Kiley (Ross); his great grandchildren, Conner, Owen, McKenzie and Blake; and his sister Myrna Ford.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (1801 Frontier St, Brandon, SD 57005). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Truth Lutheran Church (112 E Annabelle St, Brandon, SD 57005). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be given to the SF Humane Society or St. Frances House in Ron's memory in lieu of flowers.
