Rose Mary Sagness Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 5, 2026, at the age of 82, Rose Mary Sagness of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hein and Lucille Hein (Goergen); her husband Daryl L. Sagness; her grandson Seth Sagness; and her brother Rodney Hein.

She is survived by: her children, David Sagness of Sioux Falls, SD and Cindy Johnson (Lowell) of Rapid City, SD; her granddaughters, Coryn Johnson (Ricky) of Minneapolis, MN, Natalie Johnson (Rae) of Minneapolis, MN and Zoe Sagness of Sioux Falls, SD; her great grandchild Kaleb Groos of Sioux Falls, SD; and her siblings, Shirley Buchholz of Rapid City, SD, Betty Thompson of Baltic, SD and Harold Hein of Dell Rapids, SD.
