He is survived by: his brother Brian Johnson (Laurie); his niece Kaylee Johnson; his nephew Nicholas Kirkegaard (Barbara); his great-nephew Dalton; his great-niece Elizabeth; his close friend Rhonda Olson; and his aunt Delores. He is also survived by her children; and many dear relatives and friends.
