With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Alan Jorgensen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on February 1, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Merlin Jorgensen; and his parents-in-law, Richard Seaman and Bev Swalley. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Jorgensen (Payson); his wife Vicky; his sons, Casey and Nick; his daughters-in-law, Quinn and Cassi; his grandchildren, Tyler, Gabe, Charlee, Riley, Mackenzie, Emery and Chance; his siblings, Rod (Lynn) and LeAnn (Alex); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Grant and Scott Seaman (Rumi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Active Generations Daybreak Program, the Alzheimer's Association Sioux Falls Chapter, or The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (theaftd.org).
