She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Frentz and Augusta Frentz (Urban); her sons, Blair and Bryan; her husband George Walter Van Gilder; her siblings, Raymond, Maynard, Martin, Hildegard, Viola, Dorothy, Evelyn, Gladys, Lauretta, Sylvia, Fern and Esther; her parents-in-law, George and Irene Van Gilder; and her siblings-in-law, Molly, Fred, Walt and Don.
She is survived by: her son Blake Van Gilder (Meghan Wounded Head) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Beckett and Abrea Van Gilder; and her sisters-in-law, Elva Bjerke of Watertown, SD, Irene Koerner (Ed) of Lennox, SD, Pat Caufield (Jerry) of Watertown, SD, Pam Van Gilder of Watertown, SD, Judy Aslesen (Rick) of Watertown, SD and Nancy Van Gilder of Eau Claire, WI.
