He is survived by: his grandfather Mel Elsing; his sister Amber Lanpher (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Jesse, Caiden, Abby, Mya, Willow and Stella; his brother Evan Kirchen; and his aunts and uncles, Sherry Carlton, Todd Elsing, Phil Gibson, Judy Higham, Deborah Willoughby, Thomas Kirchen and Victoria Sanders.
A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (901 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104).
