She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Fischer and Louise Fischer; her son Clifford Bivens III; and her husband Bailey Marley. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Fischer, Nancey Liberty and Carolyn Melcher; her grandchildren, Cierra, Austin and Brittany; and her great grandchildren, Malakye Bivens, Bailey Cook, Ashlynn Williams, Kinsley Williams and Annalynn Bivens.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Calvary United Pentecostal Church (2410 Stanton Dr, Pierre, SD 57501).
