Sophie L. Jensen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024, at the age of 89, Sophie L. Jensen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Tkacik and Alzbeta Tkacik (Elizabeth); her husband Gordon Lars Jensen; her great grandchild Josephine Marcell; and her siblings, Frank Tkacik (Anne), Johnny Tkacik (Marie), Valent Tkacik, Elizabeth Williams (Bud), Agnes Satnik (Ernie) and Gunnar Naslund.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brad Willers (Cate), Patricia Willers (Mario), Nicole Woodley (Kyle), Natalie Golden (Robert), Matthew Jensen (Jennifer), Kayla Jackson (Kevin), Kyle Jensen (Laura), Kimberly Marcell (Michael), Whitney Vockrodt (Austin), Eric Meinke (Rachel), Brooke Metz (Jason), Michael Jensen (Rachel) and Brendan Jensen (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Lillian, Owen Willers, Hannah, Emmett, Felicity, Aidan Woodley, Alexander Golden, Payton Oberg (Jensen), Marcus Oberg (Jensen), Stella, Daniel Jensen, Cassian, Callum Vockrodt, Miles and Eva Metz; her sister Mary Naslund; and her sister-in-law Orva Tkacik. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
