She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Nowacki and Grace Nowacki (Malancuk). She is survived by: her husband Philip F. Winskunas of Sioux Falls, SD; her daughter Felicia Ann (Lee McCraney); her grandson Philip Win McCraney of Piedmont, SD; and her sisters, Donna Nowacki, Jan Harrison and Karen Sremac. She is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
