He is survived by: his wife Debralee; his daughter Stefanie Howe; his son-in-law Todd Azinger; his grandchildren, Jerome Howe III and Grace Azinger; his son Mark Richardson; his daughter-in-law Misty Richardson; his granddaughter Amelia Richardson; his son Patrick Richardson; and his daughter-in-law Helen Richardson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
