He is survived by: his parents, Curt Rist and Virginia Rist (Handel); his brother Todd Rist; his wife Laura; and his aunts, Glenda Carlson and Corrine Handel. He is also survived by cousins, his dear.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (4800 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Terry's life and the joy he brought to those around him, the family kindly suggests donations be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
