He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Slagle (Gary), Jeannie Shamatt (Cory) and Christina Casazza; his aunt Jean Anderson; his niece Amanda Caldwell; his niece-in-law Sabrina Caldwell; his nephew Ryan Slagle; and his great-nephews, Stefan and Luka.
