He was predeceased by: his parents, Trebor Williams and Gladys Williams (Lindgren); his brother T. Trebor Williams; and his parents-in-law, Maurice Redmond and Geraldine Redmond.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Williams; his daughters, Jennifer Stephens (Jeff) and Teresa Gevens (Ryan); and his granddaughters, Tara, Gabriella, Lauren, Morgan and Natalie.

Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation to the wonderful Veteran organizations who have been so helpful in Todd's last years.
