Vera David Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera David of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Vera departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Vera. Though Vera may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Krueger and Sophia Krueger (Reidlinger); her in-laws, Emma and Otto David (Gilbert); her son-in-law Lionel Schooler; and her grandson Todd Schooler.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert A. David. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (1700 S Cliff Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
