He is survived by: his wife Delores Leins of Sioux Falls; and his daughters, Marietta Kornick (Paul), Lynette Buckmiller (Jesse) of Sioux Falls and Delora Sands (Chuck) of Appleton, WI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lord of Life Lutheran Church. 2600 S Sycamore Ave, Sioux Falls SD 57110.
