She is survived by: her parents, Leslie Hansen of Watertown, SD and Brenden Bernard of Peever; her cousin Waniyetu; her siblings, Thomas German Jr. of Peever, SD, Levi Bernard of Peever, SD, Wells Bernard of Mayville, ND and Melody Bernard of Watertown, SD; her niece Waniyetu Dumarce of Watertown, SD; her grandparents, Michael and Lynette Peters of Sisseton, SD; her great-great-grandparent Edwina Bernard; her grandparents, Jesse Hansen of Traer, Iowa, Noreen Iyarpepya of Waubay, SD, Violet Eagle of Watertown, SD and Matt Campbell; her great-grandparent Henry Hansen; her aunts and uncles, Aaron Dumarce, Henry Hansen, Orion Hansen, Demi Dumarce of Grenville, SF and Gabriella Peters of Sisseton; her great-great-grandparents, Benjamin R, Ione N Eagle, Jesse, Violet Iyarpeya and Duane; her grandfathers, Benji Eagle and Elliot Iyarpeya (Oot); her great-grandparents, Maynard and Florine Bernard (Owen); and her grandmother Audrey Bernard-Locke. She is also survived by many aunts, uncle and cousins.
A wake was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Emeny Swim Community Center. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the Enemy Swim Community Center, Enemy Swim.
