He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Locke Sr. and Jean Barse; his wife Audrey Bernard; his cousin Butch Shephard; his brothers, Bobby Iyarpeya, Randy Iyarpeya and Frank James Locke; his grandparents, Wilbur Locke, Esther Spider, Jack Barse and Alice Kampeska; his granddaughters, Tayvon Bernard, Alayla Richotte and Destry Richotte; and his great grandchild Arlen Renville.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Locke, Thomas "Tucker" Getzlaff, Fawn, Derrick Locke (Kaitlyn Wakeman), David Bernard, Amanda Iyarpeya, Dean Iyarpeya, Lindsey Richotte and Tyrell Richotte; his girlfriend Deb Seaboy Richotte "The Babe"; and his siblings, Curt Cleveland, Kenny Locke, Geno Locke, Casey Cleveland, David Cleveland, Creighton Renville, Judy Locke and Teresa Milholland. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles and other loving relatives and friends.
