He was predeceased by: his mother Cleo Gilkey. He is survived by: his father Orval Gilkey; his daughters, Patsy, Jodi, Oelrichs and Smithwick; his wife Anita Rickenbach; his daughters, Giggles LaMothe (Don) of Abilene, KS and Sleepy Banzhaf (Shawn) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Ashley, Smash Stoneberger (Cory) of Vassar, KS, Zachary, Whacker Banzhaf (Nicky) of Chadron, NE, Jenna and Raider Phillips (Javaris) of Chattanooga, TN; and his siblings, Barry Butler (Allison) and Mouser Meyer (Vaughn) of Commerce City, CO. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
