She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Jacobs and Verna "Well" Jacobs of McIntosh, SD.; her husband Don; her daughter Tracy Bruce Monier; her brothers, Roger and Melvin; her in-laws, Marion and Elvira Bruce; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Tshcetter, John Kane, Mary Bruce and Maryann Miller.
She is survived by: her son Steve (Stacey); her grandchildren, Allyson and Logan; her son Monte (Sally); her grandchild Lyndsey Weaver (Chayce); her son-in-law Marc Monier; her grandchildren, Luc and Emily Ausdemore (Ronnie); her siblings, Deann Tshcheter, Maryann Kane, Linda Hilsendager (Robert), Jody Meyer (Wiley), Vickie Volk (Myron) and Larry Jacobs (Lyla); her in-laws, Shari Jacobs, Bernie Jacobs, Richard Bruce and Burton Miller; Quinn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapels (450 N 7th St, Spearfish, SD 57783). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (844 N 5th St, Spearfish, SD 57783).
