He is survived by: his parents, Norvan Ness and Carol Ness; his brother Clifford Ness (Geri); his aunts and uncles, Craig Ness (Becky), Larry Capp (Penny), Linda Lester and Dorothy Hilburn (Allen); his children, Jacob Ness, Jordan Ness and Daniel Ness; and his grandchildren, Sean, Quincy, Mesa and Blu.
