With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary McLaughlin of Spearfish, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gary farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gail McLaughlin (Heinbaugh); and his stepmother Doris Marie Strom McLaughlin. He is survived by: his father Edward Ralph; his brother Myrle McLaughlin of Torrington, WY; his stepsiblings, Jim Stoeckmann (Katie) of Tempe, AZ, Mike Stoeckmann (Kyle) of Tempe, AZ and Elizabeth Ledbetter (George) of Chadron, NE; his close friend Debra Parker of Saginaw, TX; and his aunts, Callie Heinbaugh of Spearfish, SD and Jeannine Kiefer of Surprise, AZ.
