She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Davis and Iva Davis (Noyce); her grandparents, Albert and Mary Noyce; her stepmother Lucile Davis; her husbands, Calvin Wheeler and Clifford Anderson; her son Robert Hayes; her siblings, Florence Stedillie, Shirley Hise, Sandra Oster of Missouri, Don Davis and Al Davis; and her brother-in-law Bob Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Wheeler of Belle Fourche, Ida Peterson of Gillette, WY, Bonnie Loader of Wheatland, WY, Bob Tanner of Inkon, ID and Leroy Tanner of Seattle, WA; and her siblings, Wes Davis of Belle Fourche, Byron Davis (Barb) of Colony, WY, Ron Davis (Shelly) of Spearfish, Dan Davis (Delphine) of Belle Fourche, Beverly Penn (Dave) of Spearfish and Marsha Richards of Spearfish. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Belle Fourche Global Methodist Church (1804 7th Ave, Belle Fourche, SD 57717).
Memorials are preferred to the Belle Fourche Fire Department or the Humane Society.
