He is survived by: his former wives, Leora Phipps and Joanna Hines; his son Tyler Surrell (Jill) of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Lance and Elise; his son Mike Stulken (Jenifer) of Newcastle; his grandchildren, Tyrel, Trenten, Andrew, Austin, Faith, Lily and Anastaziaxkay; his siblings, Cleo Kline, Lavonne Wold (Steve), Colleen Schmidt (Dan) and Linda Sebunia; and his close friend Toby.
He delivered pizza for the next 20 years until Covid closed the Spearfish location.
