He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Shoop; his brother Jeff Kilmer of San Francisco; his sons, Chet (Kristen) of Spearfish and Stoney (Angela) of Belle Fourche; and his stepchildren, Ivy Bach (Justin) of Belle Fourche, Colby Burke of Belle Fourche and Casey Burke of Kingman, AZ.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
