She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Coombs and Mildred Coombs (Burst); her brother Darwin (Alvin); and her son Darrell. She is survived by: her son Richard Halse; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Halse; her granddaughters, Wendy Thorson (Eric) and Becky Ochsner (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Miranda, Joshua Thorson, Carter and Tanner Ochsner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Clear Lake Methodist Church (407 5th Ave S, Clear Lake, SD 57226).
