She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Rokusek and Cecelia Rokusek (Petrik); her husband James E. Kirk of Springfield; and her siblings, John (Alice), George (Adeline), Jim (Francis), Leonard (Amy) and Mary Kozak (Frank).
She is survived by: her sons, John Harley (Cheryl) and Jim Kirk (Karen); and her grandchildren, Christina Zdorovtsov (Vitaliy), James Kirk (Amy) and Michael Kirk (Rachel Finfer). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Springfield Assisted Living Center or Good Samaritan Society-Tyndall in remembrance of Helen.
