She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bierema and Sadie Bierema (Schotanus); her husband Donald Tjeerdsma; her daughter Marcia Winegar; her brother Sidney Bierema; her sister-in-law Arlene; and her great grandchild Tate Krueger.
She is survived by: her son Virgil Tjeerdsma (Susan) of Tyndall; her grandsons, Cody, Marcus and Douglas Tjeerdsma (Danae) of Aplington, IA; her great grandchildren, Adam, Scott, Nicholas and Percy Tjeerdsma (Connie) of Springfield; her son-in-law Terry Winegar of Virgil, SD; her granddaughter-in-law Mary; Kendra, Heather, Heidi and Bonnie Blankenship (Chris) of Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to charities to be determined.
