After moving into Avantara she enjoyed the games and other activates that they set up including whipping everyone in Trivia Pursuit. She loved ice cream, coffee and talking about and to her grandkids until her passing.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Bruce and Ethell Irene O'Dell and her husband Jack Walker.

Sharon is survived by her five children: Bruce Walker, Nancy (Ron) Wallenstein, Steven Walker, Keven Walker, and Mathew Walker; her grandchildren: Tyler Wallenstein, Cassie Walker, Nikki Walker, Megan Walker, Julieana Wallenstein, Colton Walker, and Dakota Walker; and her great-grandchildren Dean Walls and Kayson Walls.
