He is survived by: his wife Caryl Ann Daum; his children, Jerry (Lori), Terry (Chelsey) and Tase (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Tiffany (Brad), Jerry John (Katarina), Trystin (Jenna), Sheyenne, Mazee, Austin and Carli; and his siblings, Wayne, Fred and Linda. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
