In the vast expanse of eternity, Karen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Karen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edlund and Helen Edlund (Norris); her husband Lynn Laumer; and her sister Darlyne Monner. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Jepson of Ankeny, IA and Karlie Treat (Tyler) of Reno, NV.; her grandsons, Christopher and Steffan Jepson of Ankeny, IA; Christopher Treat of Winchester, CA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Memorials have been established to Believer's Fellowship in Sturgis and to the Alzheimer's Association.
