He was predeceased by: his son Ryan; his parents, Charles Herberholz and Jennie Herberholz (Pavlish); his stepfather Matt Herberholz; his brother Joseph; his in-laws, Richard and Frances Marsh; his sister Darlene Wolf; his nieces, Stephanie Hayes and Marchell Moderow; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Marsh, Mike Wolf, Bob Kieser and Ken Kuylen.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marsh; and his sister Karla Kieser.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital in memory of Larry.
