He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Fred and Mildred Collins (Babcock); his foster parents, Harold Yeager and Lucia Yeager; his great grandchild Peyton Berard; and his son-in-law Wynn VanDenBerg.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Collins; his children, Connie, Karla, Kevin and Kelly; and his grandchildren, Derek Oliver, Chad Oliver (Liz), Tiffany Strain (Jack), Heidi Drovdal (Josh), Amber VanDenBerg, Chris Collins (Candy), Casey Collins (Kari), Derrick Richter (Heidi), Kellsie Boylan (Wacey) and Taurie Collins. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Neil's memory to Five Counties Nursing Home, or the Alzheimer's Association.
