He is survived by: his wife Sheila Brandt; his children, Chris Groves (Michelle), Shawn Brown (Amy) and Joshua Brown (Terri); and his grandchildren, Paxton Groves (Raegan), Gabrielle Osterson (Kevin), Elliott Groves, Danielle Mack (Logan), Maxwell Brown, Zachary Brown, James Brown, Mya Brown and Alexis Brown.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Meade County Senior Center (919 Harley Davidson Way, Sturgis, SD 57785).
