It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Harry Hunt of Sturgis, South Dakota, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Patrick Hunt; his parents, Charles and Renee; his stepfather Glenn (Pete); his half-brother Jim; his sister Leona; his son-in-law John; and his grandson Patrick.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret; his children, Michele Mueller (late John), Greg Hunt (Ramona), Colette Decker (Randy), Elizabeth Hansey (Shaun) and Charlie Hunt (Stacy); his grandchildren, Rosalie, Margaret, Joey, Matt, Maddie, Drew, Mollie, Marah, Clint, Nick of Stephanie, DJ, Tommy, Evan, Sayde, Blayn and Brox; his great grandchildren, Cody, Jackson, Avery, Reegan, Beckett, Ben, Blake, Ella, Landon, Ridley, Charles, Bailey, Rory and Robert; and his half-brother Charles.

In memory of Tom, donations can be made to the Cathedral of St. Joseph Catholic Sunday TV Mass for the Homebound in Sioux Falls, South Dakota or the St. Jude's Research Hospital.
