She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Hejna and Helen Hejna (Kralicek); her husband Laddie; her in-laws, Rose and Adolph Slama; and her brothers, Emil Jr. Hejna (Lila), Steve Hejna (Donna), Larry Hejna, Kenneth Hejna (Agnes), Lloyd Hejna and Clarence Hejna.
She is survived by: her children, John (Margie), Shirley Herrboldt, Patricia Dougherty, Diane Cordaro and Michael Slama (Sandy); her grandchildren, Bob Slama, Stacey Schulz, Kristi Flemming, Chad Herrboldt, Nick Herrboldt, Catherine Davis, Jamie Worrall, Kelsey Schmidt, Jackson Worrall, Ashley Mickiewicz, Mallory Slama, Laura Schoenwald and Joey Slama; her brother Robert "Bob" Hejna (Kathy); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Hejna. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
