He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Elder and Genieve Elder (Scott); his sister Darlene Elder; his grandparents, Harry, Pearl Scott (Glerup), Jesse and Johanna Elder (Sogge); and his aunts and uncles, Isabelle Holzer, Lucille Enright, Charles Scott, Bruce Elder and Truman Elder.
He is survived by : his wife Jacquline Bigger-Elder; his stepsons, Johnathan Bigger (Kayla) and Derek Weigel of Grand Junction, CO; and his grandchildren, Kessa, Jackson and John.
