He was predeceased by: his parents, Berger Morud and Tillie Morud (Anderson); and his sisters, Delores Kaski, Mildred Lambertz, Rosie Grewing and Arlene Bertrand.
He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Bakke; and his grandchildren, Dominique Althoff, Bryan Althoff and Ashley Bakke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews; and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Heartland Funeral Home (1801 Frontier St, Brandon, SD 57005). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
