She was predeceased by: her parents, Roonie Hoff and Beatha Hoff (Guthmiller); her husband Delbert L. Neugebauer; her grandparents, Henry J., Lydia Hoff, John L and Christina Guthmiller; her granddaughter Jenna Horn (Delbert); and her daughter Rhonda Thuringer of Tripp.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Teresa Neugebauer), Renee (Dana Horn), Russell Neugebauer (Ryan) of Tripp and Nicole Neugebauer of Armour; her caregiver Sarah Neugebauer of Parkston; her grandchildren, Daniel Neugebauer (Amanda), Darrick Neugebauer (Christine), April Burbach, Jennifer Will (Dustin), Jessica Hauert (Luke), Dustin Thuringer, Kayla Neugebauer, Cole Neugebauer, Paige Neugebauer and Hope Neugebauer; and her great grandchildren, Darby, Leah, Elle, Elliott, Owen, Miles, Grayson, Elise, Evelyn, Jude, Will and Beckett.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Emmaus Lutheran Church (400 S Dobson St, Tripp, SD 57376).
