He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Hopkins and Arlene Hopkins; and his siblings, Luella, Lyle, Lynn, Leona, Linda and Teri.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hopkins (Kloss); his daughter Ranae Lacey (Peter Lacey); his grandson Parker Layne Lacey; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Miller of Fairmont, Patrice White of Davis and Luzanne Martin (John) of Woodland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
