He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Vellek and Mary Vellek (Peterka); and his wife Leona Bartunek. He is survived by : his pet Snoopy; his children, Lloyd Vellek (Natalee) of Washington, D. C. and Lori Singer (John) of Dakota City, NE; and his grandchildren, Danielle Perez (Luis), Michael Singer of Dakota City, NE, Jordan Singer (Tyler) of Sioux City, IA and Briana Singer (Beau) of Dakota City, NE. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
