She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Seidler and Maria Seidler (Guddat); her husband Johnny; her sisters, Hilde (Werner) and Helga; her in-laws, Cornar, Helen Nelson, Sherman Nelson (Anni), Cecil Nelson (Arlene), Jane Hammer (Arlin), Ruth Beitelspacher (Rueben) and Joy Godmere (Dick); her great grandchild Sophie Nelson; her nephews, Rick, Craig Godmere, Osmen and David Nelson; and her niece Debbie Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry (LaDona) of Veblen, Peter (Cheryl) of Claire City, Dennis (Laurie) of Greenbackville, VA and Heidi of Fargo, ND. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (103 Lund St, Veblen, SD 57270). A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
It was her mission to schedule as many people as possible to donate for this project near and dear to her heart.
